1919 Hardcover 2nd Edition published by H.M.S.O. in London, 113pp together with 56 superb colour plates [comprising 55 maps and one a reference of conventional signs]. The text and maps detail the order of battle and campaign for the Near Eastern front, and include two unattributed pieces written by T.E. Lawrence ["Sherifian Co-Operation in September", facing plates 49-50, "Story of the Arab Movement", facing plates 51-53]. The two pieces written by Lawrence were compiled from his notes written originally for the Arab Bureau. The frontispiece with a portrait of General Allenby with his facsimile signature.
Approx. 222x287mm., original paper boards, some scuffs and bumps,water stains on cover,some yelowing on pages from age.Though overall a very good example of this scarce book.
