Finally got this account back up and running for one last push from the Bob Hansen estate. Several more pins including a few more Pan Am flight pins and a couple heavy hitters like a pair of rare WW1 Tiffany wings will be listed for sale in the coming weeks. All proceeds go directly to the family of Robert Hansen. Just a few more items before everything is gone!
Here we have a beautiful set ofWW1 era Tiffany & Co. Sterling Silver & Gold Pilot Wings in excellent condition showing no signs of damage except for a slight bend in the pinback as seen in the pictures. These were found along with another pair of WW1 era pilot wings (Separately listed on my page) in an enclosed case, I'm not sure if they belonged to the same pilot or not.
"Tiffany & Co. Makers Sterling" stamped on the back along with a stamped symbol. Lettering on the front appears gold although it's a little tough to point out do to the lighting in the pictures.
Measures 2 3/8" in length
I am not an expert in these pins and this pin has not been professionally authenticated. I've taken as many high quality pictures as I can so you can closely examine them and determine for yourself if these are original or not. They look extremely well manufactured to me but I can't guarantee authenticity. Therefor returns will not be accepted on this particular pin.
