ABOUT US

Bastion offers engraved plates and accessories for handguns along with an outstanding collection of EDC gear. We are a fairly young company, but already making a big splash in the weapon accessories and everyday carry markets. Our high-quality T6 hard anodized aluminum slide and base plates are available for Glock, Springfield, and SW M&P pistols with more manufacturers and models included every year. We have over 100 stock designs to choose from and offer custom engraving services. We sell high-end folding and fixed-blade knives constructed with carbon fiber and stainless steel.

PAYMENT

We accept payment by PayPal and Credit / Debit cards entered on only. You must be registered with PayPal or to buy from us.

SHIPPING

BASTION ORDER FULFILLMENT SCHEDULE:

We process orders within 24-48 hours of notification that your order has been paid in full with the exclusion of observed holidays. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) or Fed Ex Home Delivery as our primary mail delivery services. Carriers do not process or deliver any shipments on Sundays or nationally observed holidays.

PRODUCT SHIPMENT EXCLUSIONS:

We are unable to ship stock engraved or custom engraved parts on Saturdays. Engraved parts orders received after Thursday at 8 PM (PST) will not be processed until the following Monday.

SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION:

If you have not received an email notification directly from BASTION that your order has shipped, please check the email address you use for your e-commerce account for any notifications sent by Bastion or magplates.com. Include the spam folder in your search. We often have issues with invalid mailing addresses that delay our ability to ship orders in a timely manner. We may have questions about custom orders, such as personalized engraved initials or logos, which require a prompt response from you to complete your order.

SHIPPING, TRACKING, AND DELIVERY NOTIFICATIONS:

Please be aware of the differences between ship times, tracking information, and delivery times

We have CONTROL over our SHIP TIMES only:

Ship time represents the clock that starts after we receive a receipt of your order paid in full up to the time that the product leaves our fulfillment center and is picked up by a carrier and accepted/scanned into their tracking system.

We have NO CONTROL over the following:

Delivery time represents the clock that starts after a carrier receives a BASTION shipment up to the time the shipment is physically delivered to the address you provide with your order.

Estimated delivery dates communicated by an e-commerce site (, AMAZON, VOLUSION, ETC.) are exactly that, an estimate only. We reference carrier tracking information exclusively with regard to delivery estimates.

Mail delivery schedules are impacted by weather, transportation, or local facility issues. Tracking information is managed by the carrier. Accuracy of the information relies on carrier employees scanning items into the digital tracking system at certain points along the delivery route. This does not always occur and carriers make no guarantees that it will occur. If you do not see information posted about your order through the carrier\'s tracking system, please notify the carrier as your first point of contact. IMPORTANT: Please do not contact BASTION about tracking issues. We are unable to follow order delivery status or respond to issues related to digital tracking systems managed by a carrier. We are unaware when packages don\'t arrive at their appointed destination unless we hear directly from our customers regarding potential loss or misrouting by a carrier.
