Hundreds of handwritten letters weighing 6 pounds 9 ounces unpackaged. These were sent to his family (mom, dad and brother Chuckie) in Appleton WI during David Hanson's basic training, 1956-1958. He was trained as a mechanic. When he returned home, he eventually opened his own auto mechanic business. A lot of history in these letters. There are a few black and white photos and a shell casing included. I bought these as part of a lot of paper ephemera I bought. I put them in order by day, month and year. Will be mailed in a large box.
