2 US Navy Hat Tally or Cap Bands or Ribbons;Likely WWII Vintage. Both ships were cruisers lost in WWII during fierce naval battles in the south Pacific.U.S.S. Quincy (about 21.5\") and U.S.S. Helena (around 36\")Both appear to be unissued, but the Quincy tally has been cut short.Note that the hat itself is not included in the offer--you will receive 2 Hat Tally\'s.
