Listed are OD green nylon NOS vintage military watch bands that were genuine  military issue during the Vietnam War. The band length is the usual 10 inch length of the era. The black buckle band was designated the 2B and came out later in the war, circa 1968-69.


It\'s cousin with the grey steel buckle was issued earlier in the mid-60s. (See label in photos; both had NSN 6645-00-965-1488.) The 2B featured a non-reflective flat black buckle, with an OD green nylon strap band with the distinctive weave. It is constructed as a 16 mm strap for most general purpose watches and wrist compasses, such as those by Hamilton and Benrus from that era. These bands are especially useful for the Marathon military watches!
