Up for sale is a Vietnam era M1 helmet. The shell is a reconditioned WW2 McCord, originally made in March of 1944 based on the 1212C stamping. Liner is a post WW2 Westinghouse. Mitchel cover is dated to 1973. The cat eye strap is much newer, but comes with the helmet until the new owner adds a period correct one. Condition is used so take a good look at the pics. On the green side of the cover is the name “Decklas” and initials in black. Take a good look at the pictures and please ask with any questions on this sale.
