Rare US Army War Department Identification Card for Private John Bullock issued on May 22 1942, just 5 months after Pearl Harbor. The identification is complete with photo, signature and fingerprints.

The card identification shows plenty of marks, wear, small tears and creases, all typical of a paper document over 80 years old. The photograph has come loose, we will leave the re-gluing to the buyer.

Please do review all the detail images as we have made an effort to show all the imperfections, the photos tell an accurate story of condition.

The identification card is is approximately 7" x 4" unfolded.
