Here is anotherWorld War II 92nd Division Patch. The machine embroidered patch was for theBuffalo Division, the only African American Division in WWII to see combat. They fought in Italy, enduring especially difficult conditions in the Po Valley and Northern Apennines. The 92nd was a hard fighting 2 War Division. In WWII they had over 600 African American officers between the rank of 2nd Lieutenant and Captain. The patch was removed from a uniform and scrap book.It is in fair condition and is at least 76 years old, probably older.
