do not do business with this seller ! I had to go directly to ebay to get a refund. the seller would not respond to my request. I wanted to return the item and purchase another and no response after several attempts. Go find another seller.

This customer ordered wrong size of boots and wanted the refund before returning the boots, I told him please return the boots , once returned I will give you refund, I received the boots and immediately process refund through ebay.
I think he was thinking that I do not accept return and he was panicky but I told him in message I will accept return which I did and he was refunded simple and quick, I do not know what's his problem.
