As the stamp told 1945 - so it's the "war end time" but issued after that. What's your opinion, original 1945? :rolleyes:

I think what was being implied, quite correctly, is that stamp (the date and star) was not genuine and is actually over the original (postwar) stamp.

The stamp is cap fabric stamp and I see something like 196... under 45.
