2011 Victory Day Letter From Medvedev To Veterans.

Hello all!
I acquired this letter when I was in Kazan for 10 months (including May 9). It's a standard letter wishing veterans/участники a happy May 9, thanking them for their service, etc. The veteran from whom I received this document also had letters from the mayor and president of Tatarstan.

Though a standard letterhead, I was still quite surprised to find out that such a thing was still sent to veterans!
