Badge "Serving The Motherland - At The Service Of Russia".

Here is the Badge "Serving The Motherland - At The Service Of Russia". It is not yet clear if this is an official ministerial award of the Federal Border Service or an organisation. This particular Badge commemorates service at a federal level but there are also at least 9 regional variations of this Badge too. The quality and construction is par with other official awards of the service.
