Has anyone ever come across

a Labour award, awarded to a Mint worker?

That would be a cool piece for the collection!

Did this ever happen? Or are there any reasons why it wouldn't have?

Cheers guys,

Tommy

Re: Has anyone ever come across

Since most labor awards are unresearchable, this would be hard to prove without other supporting documentation. The closest I remember seeing to your question (but it was a long time ago and I don't have the research) was a military award to an administrative officer that mentioned responsibility for issuing military awards in the field.

I believe I have seen a ukaz in the last couple of months which was for the mint for productivity. Being displaced and bogged down finding it may not be instant.

Re: Has anyone ever come across

No,

I think the problen is to identify the awardee as a mint worker.

Because Labour awards have no citation like military awards, were the position of duty is mentioned.

But sometimes there may be miracles.

Andreas
