Re: Heroes of Socialist Labour Decree help

Unfortunately, I can't give you much more info. You'll have to get access yourself to get all the details. The problem is that the decrees are huge and where shown on multiple Pravda newspaper pages of multiple days. It's a pain to go through all and re-assemble.

For the 1958 Black Ferrous Metal, there were a total of 180 people awarded with HSL + Lenin as well as much more with lesser orders and medals.

For 1948 Georgian Corn farmers, there were approximately 200-500 (going of memory) and also another 28 Georgian Tobacco and tea farmers got HSL + Lenin (as well as much more got lesser awards).

Hello matteti

Thanks for your helpful information. I will try to get the decree by myself. But now it seems hard for me to get the Pravda on -line. Because there is no university library which can access to the Pravda newspaper on line in my country now.

Best regards

leon

Ukaz of 1974 for "overseas trips".

Would anyone out there have the full text of the 21st February 1974 Ukaz for awards to Internationalists?

I would put emphasis on names of those awarded the "Red Banner" if indeed possible.

Could be an absolute break through or could be a dead end.

As far as I'm aware, this ukaz covers at least awards for service in Egypt. Don't have the actual text though.

There were also plain old labor decrees on that day.

Can we please see the item that has prompted the inquiry? :D

"в приказ включён личный состав, находившийся в командировке в Сирии, Египет, Израиле-арабский конфликт"

As for the item.... just a piece of paper.....

No Labour involved.

Re: Ukaz of 1974 for "overseas trips".

I have no idea about the number. All I have is the recipient of a "Red Banner"'s first two names (Unless he had a patronymic as a last name).

Not a lot to go on but sometimes we have breakthroughs.
