Badge "Physical And Technical Protection".

Here is the Badge "Physical And Technical Protection" (Fizička I Tehnička Zaštita). There is some confusion as to the purpose of these Badges. They are alleged to be Croatian "Security Forces" cockades but are in fact membership Badges to the Croatian Sports Club "For the training of the workers of Physical Education and Technical Protection". "Technical Protection" in this case is "Health And Safety" as in high visibility vests on worksites and avoiding accidents. Far from being "spooks".
