Here is the Title "Republic Of Karakalpakstan's Honoured Economist" (Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasi'na Miyneti Sin’gen Ekonomist/Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasına Miyneti Sin’gen Ekonomist/Қарақалпақстан Республикасына Мийнети Сиңген Экономист).

This Title is the nineteenth highest award of the award system of Karakalpakstan and was founded c1994. This is a Type 1 (Pre-2009 script).
Notice the die break on the coat of arms on the reverse which is a feature of all the Titles issued late in the production run (the same die was used for the reverse of all the Titles so the break is on all of some)

The Title is awarded sparingly and for the following merits;

"«Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasi’na miyneti sin’gen ekonomist» -ekonomikani’ ko’teriwde ayri’qsha xi’zmetleri bar, usi’ tarawda, a’dette keminde 15 ji’l islegen xali’q xojali’g’i’ni’n’ barli’q tarawlari’ni’n’ joqari’ mamanli’qtag’i’ joqari’ mag’li’wmatli’ ekonomistlerine ha’m buxgalterlik yesap xi’zmetkerlerine beriledi."
