Determined To Victory Decoration.

This decoration is the only one of the series of four similar decorations that is listed as an official SRV award. Established on August 9th,1965, in only one class to personnel seperated from their families while fighting for the liberation of South Vietnam. The Decoration was widely awarded to troops participating in the Spring, 1975, General Offensive.
It has been observed with the official gilt finish, as shown below, flat silver and bronze finishes.
Although apparently official this award has never been observed worn to date which may lead to the conclusion that it was never actualy issued.

This image shows the decoration with a bronze finish and an added star to the suspension ribbon. Much speculation has been made with this award as to the awarding of a multiple class.
Ed Emering is fairly certain that there is only one class with the single star on the ribbon, any other variations seem to be uncorrect suspension devices or ribbons.

Here is another example of the Resolution For Victory Decoration (Huy Chương Quyết Thắng) which was created on 9th August 1965. Although rarely seen in wear, there are many mentions of this being awarded (between 1968 and 1975) on various official Governmental pages.
