Regulations of the Military Forces of the USSR

Hello Everyone,

I am doing some researching and I would like to have a look at the 1946 Disciplinary Ustav for the Military Forces of the CCCP.

I have found on wiki (it really has a lot of stuff!) the 1940 Disciplinary ustav (Дисциплинарный устав РККА (1940 — Викитека)). I have read that in 1946 a new set of regulations came out and this is crucial since I would like to understand what a soldier had to do to get dismissed in 1946 due to st. 43 p. "A". (Also, in the 1940 Regulations st. 43 has no point A).

So two questions:

1) Do I indeed need the Disciplinary Regulations or I need some other Ustav?
2) Does anybody have the text/book of these regulations?

43. Увольнение командного и начальствующего состава из кадров РККА производится по выслуге сроков действительной военной службы (глава 6 настоящего Положения) и по болезни, а также может быть произведено:
а) за невозможностью использования в связи с сокращением штатов или реорганизацией;
