"Dinamo" Identification.

Please help in identification:

Tal,

This is a pass to a stadium called Dinamo. It was originally named after Nikita Krushev and later they renamed it "Dinamo". In the 40's and 50's this was the main stadium in Kiev, Ukraine. Later they built a new stadium that accomidates 100,000 people and named it "Central Stadium"
When this pass was issued a team called Dinamo Kiev played there and this pass entitled the holder to get access and I believe special seating... When the new stadium was built the second string played and practiced there!

The stamps on the right were like KPSS... You pay your due's and get priveledges! The Russian way!
