The first one is OK; the second one is probably OK, but some excellent fakes were observed in this s/n range.

Wouldn't a Combat Service Medal in this range, 365745, utilize a different suspension?

Yeah, somewhere around that number they changed suspension designs.
And sometimes old suspensions were changed for new ones when they wore out.

And, when regulations changed, many soldiers (especially officers, I would imagine) changed their suspensions to the new style and probably threw away the old ones.:( At least that's what I've read anyway.:)
