Strange (fake) cap device
This thing came with a lot of other stuff. It is an officers cap device, made from a much heavier metal. Tourist stuff? It does not make any sense... the originals are still available cheaply and the amount of metal used in this must be quite expensive. Also, the attachments are modern.
