Medal "185 Years Of Karabash".

Here is the Medal "185 Of Karabash", apparently awarded by the Karabash Urban Okrug in 2007.

This must be one of the strangest awards I have ever seen. Not only does it commemorate a rather unusual anniversary but the entire population is only between 13-15,000 people. Karabash Town Council jumping on the bandwagon.
