1947 Bulgarian Bond.
Here is a rather strange Bulgarian item depicting some of the stranger parts of the transitional period of Bulgaria's history.
This 1st October 1947 bond is a commitment to a 1943 Tsarist period obligation. Quite contrary to the actions of Soviet Russia with Imperial obligations.
