Naval Dagger?
Can anyone confirm this as a genuine naval dagger or any soviet dagger?

OK, now im pretty sure hangers and scabbard are not soviet. Seller thinks its romanian. But the dagger itself is still in question.

It is Romanian Military Dagger.
