Comrade Koroteev in battle for the city of Berlin on one street came under strong enemy fire, despite this he decided to break through to a vital enemy support point and destroy enemy fire points, hindering the advance of rifle sub-units. In this battle, fire from his tank destroyed 4 heavy machine-guns and 20 enemy soldiers and officers.
