Order "Standard Of Labour".

(Order Sztandaru Pracy)

This Order was instituted by act of Parliament on July 2nd, 1949, together with the Order of Builders of People's Poland.
Conferred in two classes, for merit in national economy, science, arts, culture, defense, as well as for public and state services. It could also be awarded to an organization, factory or territorial unit.
The order could be awarded many times in the same class.
In 1992 it was discontinued.

The order is five armed cross with concave arm bases and with rays between the arms. A blue medallion depicts a male figure with a red banner, partly overlapping the upper arm of the cross.
The non-enameled reverse bears letters PRL (RP until 1952) in the medallion. The human figure, rays and other metal parts are gilt in 1st and silver in 2nd class.

The ribbon is 36 mm in width, bright red with narrow darker side stripes.

Order of the Banner of Labour 1st Class with it's award box of issue.

Re: #5. Order of the Banner of Labour

As mentioned in the Cross of Merit post, Order of the Banner of Labour was since 1960 also awarded to the miners as a long service award.
So, for the miners, mining technicians and mining engineers who have worked underground or in the sulfur strip mines:
for 20 years: Order of the Banner of Labour 2nd class
for 25 years: Order of the Banner of Labour 1st class
This rule was probably abolished later with the introduction of "For long work in the mining industry" 25 and 35 years badges.

As other higher awards, Order of the Banner of Labour also granted some retirement/pension privillages:
For the retired people and those entitled receive handicapped pension - 25% pension raise.
For those entitled to receive "family pension" - 10% pension rise.

Also, here's a pic of the second class in the matching box:
