Awarded in two classes, the Order of the Golden Lily/Orden zlatnog ljiljana sa zlatnim vijencem, with a golden wreath is awarded for merits in particular in the fight against the enemy for the release of our country,for organizing and securing the defense, security and independence of the country, for merits in development of democratic relations, as well as achievements in the fields of economy, science, culture and sports.

The Order of the Golden Lily with golden wreath was awarded to four members of the Armed Forces of BiH.

The Order of the Golden Lily with Silver Wreath/Orden zlatnog ljiljana sa srebrenim vijencem is awarded for special merit acquired in the fight against the enemy for the release of our country, for organizing and securing the defense,security and independence of the country, for merits in development of democratic relations, as well as achievements in the fields of economy, science, culture and sports.

The Order of the Golden Lily with silver wreath was awarded to six members of the Armed Forces of BiH.
