Badge "Playa Girón Monument Honouring The Fallen Heroes".

Here is the Badge "Playa Girón Monument Honouring The Fallen Heroes" (Monumento Playa Girón Honor A Los Héroes Caídos). I am not too certain as to the purpose or date but I would guess that it was given to those donating to the construction of the Bay Of Pigs Memorial Monument in the mid-late 1960's.

This one has been written on but I just can't make it out "Haum" it looks like.
