Badge "In Memory Of The Soviet Army".

Hi friends I have a badge of Infantry to identify. Can you give me some information in more as the period of use and to whom was given? thanks

These were awarded for marksmanship to non-Soviet citizens attending Soviet Military Academies from 1950 to 1968. This example is missing the pendant that would have had the date on it.

Ok I thank you CtahhR, compliments for your competence. Do you think that it is an a little common object or particularly sought by the collectors? I imagine, but I don't have anybody confirmation that were few the non Soviet citizens that attended the Russian military schools from 1950 to 1968. Or mistake?
