BOXP Sleeve Patch

I bought this on ebay around five years ago and have never seen another. It doesn't show any signs of being a fake and the one dealer of fake patches on ebay has never sold one that I've seen. I didn't know if anyone has one of these or seen another. It took me a year or so before I finally found out what it was for, based solely on the crossed rifles. The felt is the border troops green color.

I've seen these too, but don't remember ever having handled one.
