I have found this cap by an accident and probably wouldn't buy it if it weren't for less than 3$...
I think it may be a hard one, as the date indicators (stamp, visor and buttons) are not present, but can anyone at least try to guess how old it can be (50's, 60's)?

The badge isn't original to it, I have attached it because of lack of any other, so it's probably improper.

btw. - piping is dark blue and band is, as it can be seen on the photo, black. What branch may it be?

is the peak "square" or the later rounded type?
I would say, judging from the colours that would appear to belong to engineering troops.
