Tank Marshal Fedorenko

M1943 parade uniform of Tank Marshal Fedorenko....the tunic is his, hat and belt were added. Teh museum took off the boards too, so we had to add this pair of unissued Tank Marshals boards. Set shows wear, with oil from trying to remove screwback awards. Has tailored holes for orders and loops for two medal bars.

Interesting detail - he was wearing screwbacks (Suvoron & Kutuzov) in horizontal line on the right on the older uniform. On the later one they were located in vertical line.

The wearing of the screwback orders was done this way; across on the M1943 and down on the M1945; due mostly to the limited size of the right breast of the M1945 tunics.
