Lenin's Legacy, published by Schiffer Publishing Ltd., 2000. 180 pages, hard cover. Paid $60. The author tries to cram to much into one book. That may sound like a good thing, but for me I like a reference book to narrow its focus on one particular thing and then give me all you got. This book has everything from those schlocky Lenin head busts to znachki. To much Soviet History..not enough when/where/why these things were made. It does do a good job in helping identifying some of those badges you always come across ( like the KGB border patrol boat badges ). Price guide is really out there..Some prices are more accurate than others, but all in all on the high side.
