Examples of the critaria needed for the 1st Class.
Awarded in recognition to self-sacrificing work and significant results reached in the discovery and the investigation process against narcotics traffickers. Awarded to the Agents of the Organs of the Security of State, in recognition of the outstanding role played in the control and support of clandestine work and spionage. Managing to obtain important data on enemy projects against the country. Example of the critaria needed for the 2nd Class. Awarded to the Operative Officials in significant recognition to the commendable work throughout all the national territory in the confrontation of drug trafficking activities. The 1st class was awarded to Officers the 2nd Class to Civilian Officials

The medallions are cool :thumbsup (even though these types of suspensions keep making me think the photographer had them at an odd angle:D).
