70\'s Natick Y Chinstrap M1 Test Helmet w/ Wilson / Davis Liner & Ingersoll Shell
Up for sale an unusual Natick, MA \"Y\" chinstrap prototype test helmet with a Wilson-Davis Liner. It is one of three designs that were evaluated for Ground and the Air Borne troops. This helmet design version uses a standard configuration M1 liner. Both the helmet and liner are in very nice condition, the helmet shell does have an area with a few shallow dents. See C. Armolds\'s book \"Steel Pots\" for Ref. Please see my photos for details and the best description of the helmet condition.
The helmet comes from a smoke free environment, I try my best to describe and or photograph details,please feel free to ask questions before offerding.
