British Napoleonic Officer\'s Loyal London Volunteers Uniform & Regimental Medal:
$11000.00

This is in used condition, a British Napoleonic-era Officer\'s Loyal London Volunteers Uniform with Regimental Medal. The medal is hallmarked 1803 and was made by Thomas Phipps and Edward Robinson in London. Unit marked to 8th Company 3rd Regiment of the LLV. It is for long service in the regiment. The tunic is either for Light Company or Grenadier Company because of the flamming grenades on the shoulders and the tails. It is a typical scarlet wool tunic. The liner is coarse linen and is intact. Tunic is small size as you would expect from this era. No moth holes visible. Buttons are GR for King George III; missing one button on the right inside cuff. Last sold in 1992 by Bosleys and has been in a very important collector\'s hands ever since. I accept all forms of payment. I ship all over the world. GST of 5% is applicable on all sales within Canada.
