Includes the calling card of Frederick B. Nixon, a Methodist Episcopal pastor, Alta, Iowa.The 15th Iowa Infantry was organized at Keokuk, Iowa, andmustered in for three years of Federal service on February 22, 1862. The regiment was mustered out on July 24, 1865.
