This is an army-issue MTP Warm Weather Combat Jacket.
It is closed at the front by its zip and buttoned fly.
The sleeves are fitted with buttoned tighteners.
Two flat, velcroed pockets at chest.
Small cargo-pockets at shoulders. Each of these are fitted with velcroed blanking-patches.
Elbows and forearms are reinforced with a double layer of material and are also fitted with small, flat, velcroed pockets.
