I acquired this back in the early 1960s from a war surplus shop in Toronto (Canada). I\'ve never used it because I didn\'t know exactly what is was for and wasn\'t sure how the brass ends worked. Recently I found out that it was a rifle sling possibly from the 1st World War, possibly for an Enfield rifle. There are no stampings on it to indicate who or where it was made. I expect it is Canadian because that\'s where I purchased it. It is a bit over 42\" long. It has a couple of wear spots on the edges of the webbing (last picture).Please contact us if you would like more pictures or information.
