Up for sale is this fine German M98/05 Butcher Blade bayonet. Originally a sawback bayonet in WW1, they were ground down, blued, and issued to the police force after the war. This bayonet would have been used by a policeman during the Weimar period in Germany. Small dent in scabbard does not affect fit when blade is secured. Bayonet is very clean and presents wonderfully!
