Overall the body armour is in very good condition for its age, with some light age related marking from storage.
The body armour is an exact copy of the WW2 British Medical Research Council (MRC) design, manganese steel body armour, originally designed for British Airborne Troops in WW2. The Belgians carried over the design after WW2 and continued its use into the 1950s.Marked -
