This listing is for a genuine Rhodesian Army Brush Stroke camouflage jacket. The name of the original owner, as written into the inside lining, is "Lamb". The tag on the collar shows a size 2.The fabric still presents in excellent condition, with very little fading, which is uncommon for these items based on the conditions in which they were worn, and its age. It has no mustiness, either, which means it has been stored very well over the years.I have contacted several militaria forums for advice on this jacket, and the general thinking seems to be that this was probably manufactured by John Rowett & Sons, some time in the late 60s or early 70s. It has several missing buttons, on the placket, both wrists, and one chest pocket. One armpit is missing most of the brass grommets, while the other is missing only one. The zip on the shooting pocket on the back works perfectly.I have tried to capture the extent of the defects in my photos. If there are any other specific features that I haven't captured, please let me know and I'll try to take more shots.
