NEWOLD STOCK, old surplus pair in UNISSUED condition from a military warehouse.Made in 100% Cotton fabric.

Theunderpants have buttons at the front and back at the waist for size adjustment,as well as buttons for tighter fit at the ankles. Sturdy stitching throughout,good quality.

Manufacturedin the Soviet Union in 1991, in the last year before the breakup of the USSR,these pants are made according to theSoviet Army specifications (as certified by the USSR GOST manufacturingstandard code shown in the factory tamp). These traditional underpants are verysimilar to much earlier military issue underwear used in the Soviet Army duringWW2 and even by the Imperial Russian Army.

Theunderpants bear matching factory stamp showing Size 54-6 which is roughly US Medium.

Theactual measurements are: about 34"waist; "inseam" is 28". The pants are about 10.5” wide at theankles.

Thepants are in unused condition, but show storage dust, faint stains from storage, none of it very noticeable or detractive.

Thisis an absolutely indispensable item for a proper Red Army reenactment. TheEnlisted soldiers and NCOs in the Soviet Army and Navy were not allowed to wearany other underwear.
