Soviet Union Cyber Security Badge - 1980's???:

Another interesting military item we found while cleaning out mom and dad's house. We think this is a Soviet Union piece for a Cyber Security division of the military from the 1980's but are not sure. Approximate dimensions are 2-1/8 inches by 1-3/4 inches. It has a screw type back but the piece that would screw on the threads is missing. Still an interesting display item.
