Sizing: Given the shape of the item the waist / hip cut is generous. High rise. The braces allow the item to be worn slightly higher / lower according to user body shape.
Each side of the waist has eyelets for laces (not guaranteed to be present) that can be used to cinch the waist in by 1-2 inches each side. It is presumed this was considered with the label sizing so the waist sizes listed assume the laces are cinched by 2\" in relationship to the waist circumference.
Condition: Listed as 60\'s vintage so after 70 years there will be a case for adding leather conditioning / de-oxidising metal parts - eyelets & zips / replacing laces (not guaranteed to be present)
