Good condition. Has marks/ scratches/ paint rubbed off/ tarnish. The glass is discolored. The compass appears dirty inside. Dial turns. Needle moves freely and appears to always point North. I am not an expert, I am not 100% sure it is pointing exactly magnetic North. See photos for details.
