Product Overview

​The INITIUM®Ballistic features a hybrid composite shell for increased strength anda unique geometry for optimal fit. An innovative, boltless CAM FIT™ retention quickly adjusts to individual head shapes, providing comfort and stability. A Zorbium®foam liner protects against impact and allows for an overhead communications headband. Customizable fit is achieved through a set of moveable comfort pads. A lanyard-compatible Wilcox®shroud* secures any standard NVG mount.

The INITIUM®Ballistic is available with your choice of accessory rails: INITIUM®Rail 2.0 or INITIUM®Rail 3.0. The INITIUM®Rail 2.0 accessory mounting system is compatible with most OCONUSaccessories and features T-slots for custom mounting. The INITIUM®Rail 3.0accessory mounting system is compatible with all INITIUM®accessories, includingtheOCONUS®Ballistic Visorand the INITIUM®Face Shield.

*NOTE: While the Wilcox®W shroud comes standard with the INITIUM®Ballistic, the NVG mount/interface required for attaching night vision devices to the helmet, such as the Wilcox®G24, is not included.

Our protective fragmentation coating has been tested time and time again. In fact, we do random field sampling on them several times a month. Though we have complete confidence in our armor systems, we do NOT guarantee the results seen on the testing videos. Different ammunition and climate conditions can all impact the performance of our protective coating. Again, rest easy knowing we trust our lives with our armor, but make no guarantee of the ballistic performance of the protective coating.
