US Army Eisenhower jacket - 24th Hawaiian great condition ~sz 40-42 Ike:

Here is a very cool WW II Eisenhower jacket carrying the insignia of the 24th Hawaiian infantry division and staff sergeant rank. It's in surprisingly good condition. All buttons and the snap at the waist are on it and well-sewn on with what appears to be the original thread. The lining doesn't show the usual wear around the armpits or the cuffs. You can just see the holes on the lapels where the US pins were attached. Very little writing--all numbers and the service man's name (appears to be William C. Holland).it is about a size 40 - 42. I used to be a 42 and it fits at the shoulders, but my gut is no longer a 42..... Shoulder seam-to-seam is 18 1/2". The sleeves from seam to the bottom of the cuffs are 23 1/2". The unit patch is 2 1/4" across. Really nice, original bit of militaria.
