It has been awarded personally by Tsar Nicholas II to General Aleksey Alekseyevich Brusilov for Bravery.
Aleksey Alekseyevich Brusilov (1853 – 1926) was a Russian general most noted for the development of new offensive tactics used in the 1916 Brusilov Offensive, which was his greatest achievement.
The watch comes from his family estate.
The watch has a solid 14k rose/red gold(signed with the Imperial Russian 56 gold hallmark) full hunter case depicting the Imperial Russian coat of arms-the double headed crowned eagle,decorated with approx 1ct top quality Old Mine Cut Diamonds!
